Digital clarity is the ability to deal with digital media consciously - instead of impulsively, driven or exhausted. This is what it's all about, design your digital life in such a way that it strengthens you - not stresses you out.

I'm not an expert on firewalls or VPNs - that's Leo's job. I'm the voice for emotional clarity, digital mindfulness and mental balance. I talk about what we often overlook: How the digital affects our inner selves.
I have experienced for myself what digital overload looks like. And I have found ways to find my way back to myself. I share these ways with you - honest, ad-free and practical.
